We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at [email protected].
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, but refunds are only eligible for customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If either of these apply, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the wrong or damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts – we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll either send you a replacement, or issue a refund.
Can I return an order if I have ordered the wrong size?
We’re sad to hear that you wish to return your order. Unfortunately, at this time our return policy doesn’t cover products ordered in the wrong size. Because of that, we won’t be able to issue you a refund for the order. Thank you for understanding.
Can I return an order if I have changed your mind?
We’re sorry to hear that you have changed your mind and wish to return your order. Unfortunately, at this time our return policy doesn’t cover buyer’s remorse so we won’t be able to issue you a refund for the order. Thank you for understanding.
What is the returns address?
Please note that we only offer returns for for wrong or damaged items – not if you have changed your mind, or have ordered the wrong size. If you have received a wrong or damaged item, please first contact us via [email protected], we will then issue you further instructions, and then you may return the item(s) to our returns facility along with a print-out of the email. We will not issue a refund if you have not contacted us about the issue via the email address above first
