Refund policy

What’s your return policy?

If you have received the wrong item (e.g. wrong design, color, or size), or a damaged item, please let us know by contacting us at contact@japaneseclothing.co

You will need to send us a photo to show the issue, and if it matches the criteria above we will then issue a refund for your item(s).

We do not offer returns or refunds if you have simply changed your mind or you have ordered the wrong size. A comprehensive size guide is available on every product page, enabling you to measure yourself and order the exact size you need.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, but refunds are only eligible for customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If either of these apply, please contact us at contact@japaneseclothing.co within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the wrong or damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts - we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at contact@japaneseclothing.co within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll either send you a replacement, or issue a refund.

Can I return an order if I have ordered the wrong size?

We’re sad to hear that you wish to return your order. Unfortunately, at this time our return policy doesn’t cover products ordered in the wrong size. Because of that, we won’t be able to issue you a refund for the order. Thank you for understanding.

We’re sorry to hear that you have changed your mind and wish to return your order. Unfortunately, at this time our return policy doesn’t cover buyer’s remorse so we won’t be able to issue you a refund for the order. Thank you for understanding.
